What Is Michigan Main Street Center?

The Michigan Main Street Center is part of the Specialized Technical Assistance and Revitalization Strategy (STARS) Division at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). Its goal is to assist communities in the revitalization of their historic downtowns and traditional neighborhood commercial districts. The Michigan Main Street Center (MMSC) team is comprised of a group of experts who aid in the revitalization and development of downtowns and traditional neighborhood commercial districts.
